Swap Information
- New location for 2008
- Event held rain or shine
- Gates/buyers open 7:30am & close 4pm
- Admission is Free, Parking $10.
- Porsche Only Parking $10./car.
- Largest gathering of Porsche’s in USA.
- Reserved Porsche Only Parking for over 700 cars
- On site food, beverage and clean bathrooms.
- ATM within 10min drive.
- Peoples Choice Concourse…nice Trophies.
- Visit the sponsors!
- No pets/animals allowed.
- Porsche Groups: let us know one week out how
many & we’ll reserve the parking area for you.
- Porsche Only Autocross on Sunday the 27th.
- Auto Cross pre-reg available on line.
Vendor Information
- Pre-registration $40./space, Ends March 25th
- Confirmation will be mailed.
- Cost day of the event $50/space
and $25 Township fee.
- Space size 9 x 19 approx. (parking space size)
- Gates open to vendors at 6:30am.
- Bring confirmation with you! No refunds.
- Registration space is assigned. If reserving
2 or more spaces choose side/side or end/end.
- Pre-registration for 2009 opens at 9am.
- Friday load-in 1pm till 5pm (then locked)
- Entrance, use Giant Center / HersheyPark.
- No selling food, No stakes, No electric available.
- Porsche Corral $20/car. No pre-reg. needed.
- On-Line Registration available.

SWAP NEWS FOR 2008
- Featured Model for 2008…the Boxster series: For Boxsters
owners/drivers, we will have reserved parking
for these cars in the Porsche Only parking area. Let us know
if you are bringing a large group, such that we can plan
enough space for you all to park together. We need notice
one-week out or earlier.
- People’s Choice Concourse: Event grows each year, register
the day of, plenty of goodies and trophies for the

- Autocross: Sunday April 27th, you can pre register on line
(suggested)- www.cpa-pca.org
- Directions: Log on the HersheyPark web site or
mapquest.com. Once at the facility, follow the balloons to
Swap.
- Swap Meet 2009: Reminder for vendors to pre-register at the
Club tent the day of the event.
