ClubRegistration.net - New Release!
It has been just over two years since the release of ClubRegistration.net. The Lone Star Region PCA was the first to use the site and has since been joined by fifty other PCA regions. It has been my pleasure to provide these services to you all and I look forward to 2008 with much anticipation.
With the new year it is my pleasure to announce a new release of ClubRegistration.net. If you only use the site once in a while or so much that it is your home page I invite you to come by and see the new features it has to offer. I receive requests all the time from the 160 club officers currently using the site for enhancements and I do my best to accommodate each and every one. The new release has been coded to allow for considerable amounts of flexibility in just about every area as well as an enhanced Photo Gallery to store your event photos. The site supports registration for every type of event we have from driving to social so don't be shy about posting your events.
In the near future I will be hosting a free online conference to demonstrate the site's features. If you have new officers joining your region this would be a great opportunity to get them up to speed. Although this email is the first I have ever sent I do plan on sending more when significant site upgrades have been made. So as not to send out another email I will let you know now that registrants will no longer be able to delete their Unconfirmed registrations. Instead their status will be changed to Cancelled and their event options will be removed. The event registrar will also receive an email notification when this happens.
I'm often asked why ClubRegistration.net is a free service. I do this for the same reason we all hold our volunteer positions...because we enjoy it.
